Community Involvement

In addition to legal work, the attorneys and staff at Rosenberg, Kirby, Cahill & Stankowitz are committed to being active and productive members of the community.

In the legal community, our attorneys are proud members of the local and state bar associations.  In addition, our attorneys are members of the National and State Chapters of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA).  The partners of the firm all serve as Civil Arbitrators in Ocean County where they are called to decide upon the value of cases brought by other litigants to the Court system.  All of our attorneys continue to serve as volunteer mediators for cases brought in the Special Civil and Small Claims Courts based on their abilities to bring parties together toward a settlement and help to avoid further litigation.

Our attorneys have served on a number of committees dedicated to the improvement of the legal system in general.  Most recently, our attorneys have held positions of leadership on the Civil Practice Committee and Workers' Compensation Court Committee. 
 
Our attorneys and staff are active members of several local organizations including St. Joseph's Church, St. Dominic's Church, St. Barbara's Church, Wall Pop Warner Cheerleading, Brick Township Recreation and Rutgers University Alumni Association.

Serving the New Jersey Shore, including Ocean, Monmouth and Atlantic Counties, Including Toms River, Brick, Lakewood, Manahawkin, Berkeley, Lacey, Manchester Townships, and surrounding areas.
